This collage was completed in the third trimester of my second pregnancy. I used art and meditation throughout my both pregnancies to empower my body and mind. These methods proved profoundly successful! Both my sons were born quickly and naturally. Logan Frederic Phineas was born at home, after an hour of labor on Christmas Eve of 2014, with just me and his father present. A perfect Freebirth. The three of us stayed home together with no interruptions for over two weeks. I encourage all mothers to explore their creativity and strengthen their meditation practice during pregnancy.
